u can apply GC through ur employer, in the meantime, ur wife can apply for citenzenship( after hr five years GC).
if u ar laid off, u can try to change to V visa, apply for GC through ur wife. V Visa can apply for EAD.

if ur comapny is stable, go for EB2...

I had the impression that ur comapny is not good, so I suggested that u should apply throu ur LP. MY bad!
