回複：請問各位老師關於485receipt上的priority date

我們剛剛收到485receipt,主申請人的那一份priority date是他140上的日期，可是

副申請人的那一份priority date是485申請receive的日期就是Nov2011。因為聽別人

問過好像副申請人的應該是空白，

請問這個Nov2011的priority date會不會有問題？

-Fine. When USCIS process your I-485, they will know 副申請人' PD is the same as the 主申請人 PD.
