回複：8老師，P老師請幫忙看一看 Relink問題

LP: EB3, PD: 1/27/2006, I140 AD: 7/7/2006

LG: EB2, PD: 11/12/2007, I140  AD: 9/17/2008

2007 年7月大放水時交上的485， LP（EB3)是主申請人。

現在LG的EB2排期下個月終於到了，根據我的學習和理解，我們應該可以relink，不需要再交485了。不過有幾個問題，請教各位大俠：

1. 在LG的140 Approval Notice 上，有和LG 485 Receipt 上一樣的A#，而且在Note的地方，我看到"The person this petition is for will be notified separately when a decision is reached on his or her pending adjustment of status application."

我的理解是LG的140已經和pending的485link上了。

2. LP的485有沒有和LG的140link上呢？是不是需要relink呢？
