再問，那我Dec. 2和新的H1b之間的1，2個月是不是OOS(out of status)?

How about the days between Dec. 2 (when my TD expires) and new year (when my H1b approval notice comes)? Won't I be considered out of status and thus illegally over-staying? My lawyer is going to file my H1b next week.

Sorry for my ignorance and sorry I have to write in English. I'm using inputking to type Chinese characters, time consuming and labor-intensive.
