1.I have my US citizenship certificate on hand now.
2. I worry that it will take a long time for them to get green card. That is why I was going to get I-539 extention.
-They can file their I-485 together with your I-130 concurrently and thus, they can stay in US legally after I-485 filing. They can apply for the AP for travel to China during the I-485 pending. They do not need to file I-539. Also USCIS will not approve their I-539 if they file green card application.
One more question for you, 8 Laoshi
Once I submit I-130 for my sisters, who are in China, that means that they can't come to visit USA anymore before they get their green card. Is it right?
-It will not affect the other members of your sister's family, but it may affect your sister B2 visa applicaiton though your sister may still have a chance to get the B2 visa if she is lucky.
