8 Laoshi,


I have few questions to ask you about my parents’ green card applications.


1. I just took the oath on 10/26/11. Is it okay for me to submit the green card applications for my parents now?


2. My parents came to the USA on 07/11/11 and their visas will expire on 01/10/11.Do I need to file I-539 to extend their stay since I am going to apply green card for them before 01/10/11?


3. Is my parents’ marriage certificates the part of necessary documents for applying green cards?


4. Do I have to submit the original of my birth certificate, my parents’ birth certificates and their marriage certificate or the copies are fine?
