There is a webpage in Shanghai Embassy. You can attach your file and send message. I tried it and received reply today. I think that it is a good way to contac the Embassy. Also, thanks for the person who told me. I could not remember his name. He should be somebody in the forum. I have benefited a lot from this forum. Thanks for everybody's contribution.
