謝謝8老師。ld回來的時候應該我們倆的H都已經過期，但現在我已經申請了H1延期，但是ld回來的時候可能還批不下來。就是說如果

1. H1延期批下來了，ld可以用H1新批準件，老visa入境，停留時間同新H1。回來後再申請H4延期。

那是不是說在這種情況下，入境獲得新的I94就相當於H4延期了。換句話說，H4延期就是申請一個新的I94？

 

2. 如果H1延期還沒批下來，則必須等H1批準，然後照1辦理

-No, he/she can extend his/ her H4 any time after he/she enters US using the your old h1 approval notice even if your H1 extension is pending.若是I94過期，就不能入境了吧？

 He/she just can use your H1 extension receipt to extend the h4 before the H4 I-94 expires in this case.
