Could you please confirm specifically:

If the job posting requires Master degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor + 5 yrs.

Since I have Masters, I only need demenstrate any 3 years in the past job, such as 2 years in Company A, 1 year in Company B. That should enough?

In other words, I don't have to mention my 2001-2003 experience at all?
