Thanks very much for your prompt reply and suggestion. Actually, our company was not sold. Our head company changed my company's name and tax ID and maybe something else based on our head company's strategy. We still do same business as before. If my current company files 140 amendment, how long it takes and how it affect 485 process (my priority date is current now)? If can we do 140 amendment if I get 485 RFE regarding this issue? If will 140 amendment mess up the whole process? Anyway, I will talk with my layer about this option. Thanks again.
