我的EB2 PD是2008年2月，公司明年2月可能裁員。如果能趕上遞交485但隨後失去工作，因為485處理需要4-6個月，是不是就作廢了？

-If USCIS make a decision on your I-485 and you do not have a job, your I-485 probably will be denied. Otherwise, it is Ok as long as you find a job before USCIS make a decision on your case.

而且不滿180天，以後也不能relink？

-If your I=485 is denied, you can not do the relink using the denied I-485, but you can use the PD for your new I-140.

失去工作了應該申請轉換B2還是F1呢？

-No more due to immigration intent.

非常糾結，工作不好找，我這種情況有什麽好的解決方法嗎？比方說leave of absense什麽的。請老師和有類似經曆的朋友指點，萬分感謝！
