H1-B I-797 never were used, do I need to include??

H1-Bs never were used, do I need to include them in my I-485 application?

If not, I am worrying I will confused them. But if I don't include them,

when they do name check and found it, will they think I should send them in?

I was confused by myself too. Thanks.
