綠卡排期是7月CURRENT的，還沒下來就讓律師去催移民局，答複是需要additional review, six months。

具體情況是：2006年12月140批下來後就離開原公司了，2007年遞485時是原公司出的材料，2009年補材料也是原公司老板寫的信。期間我換過兩個工作，最近一個用的是EAD。

兩個問題：1 additional reveiw 會查什麽？會查原公司的經營狀況和TAX嗎？

-It is possible because the sponsor has to show the ability to pay.

          2 律師建議我file AC21，換我目前的雇主sponsor, 您看有必要嗎？(費用$750)

-Your may not be qualified for AC21 benefits because you left the sponsor before you filed I-485 using that I-140 and that might be why USCIS does not approve your I-485 yet and still need additional review. So, maybe just wait and see. As long as the I-140 sponsor continue to support you, your I-485 will be OK.
