問壇中高人，我現在是H1B，已轉到新公司，原來的公司也想讓我繼續為他們工作，但可以我自己定工作時間。支付的工資符合FULL-TIME H1B 的要求。請問，我能不能同時為兩個公司工作，而不需要重新辦手續？

或是一定要把原來公司的H1B 轉成PART-TIME H1B 才行？

-You can not work for the two employers at full-time level at the same time (40 hrs + 40 hrs/week), can you? So, your old employer needs to file an H1 amendment to change the full-time H1 to part-time H1. You can continue to work for the old employer during the H1 amendment pending. It actually does not matter even if you work for the old employer before the g1 amendment filing. But your old employer has to file the H1 amendment in case USCIS inspects your old H1.
