h1b被雷後，是馬上轉身份（b）呢，還是等一個月，如果仍找不到工作，上份工paycheck差不多快沒有的時候再轉？

有人說transfer h1b是看paycheck的，而轉了身份後即使有近期的paycheck，再 transfer h1b會被要求離境簽證reactivate

如果1個月左右out of status對將來會有不好影響麽？
