周末點名緊急求教兩位老師，實在對不起。

我星期二去麵試，律師之前一直告訴我準備的材料沒有問題，我也沒有仔細的看移民局的麵試通知。

今天忽然看到其中有一項關於I-864表格，說如果沒有提交過則需要提交稅表，工資單和資助人的身份證明。

我在申請的時候已經提交了I-864表格，當時持H1-b簽證，用的是我自己過去三年的工作時的稅表，但我的配偶和我自己現在都沒有在工作。

請問移民局會不會追問我們現在的工作情況啊？

-Hard to say. Just bring what you have and explain if asked and tell the officer you are looking for job and the officer may understand you due to the bad economy. Also you may also bring your bank statement, stocks, and other property proof such as cars, house, etc. just in case. If the officer does not ask this kind of question, don't say anything about your current job.

我需要找一個其他的美國公民來sponsor我嗎？
