Thanks a lot!!! Just a couple of additinal questions

regarding 2, do I need to list the temp job I worked under OPT befor I obtained TN? (11/2008 to 06/2009, obtained TN on 12/12/2009)?

regarding 4, I just need put mine current job there enve though I might be unemplyeed later?
