Thank you for your reply. My 485 is EB1a based depedent. what can i do to deal with the possible RFE and interview, to find a new job, if not what can i do?

-Normally EB based I-485 has no interview. You only need to worry about USCIS send your RFE for your employment status. Hope USCIS will not send you RFE either if they make a decision very soon and thus, they may not realize you lost your job. What you can do is to find a job in the same/simialr area as soon as possible.

If 485 were denied, what will happen? i need to leave US or resubmit 485 immediately?

-You can refile a new I-485, but it will be denied again unless you have a job.
