因孩子在國內，老婆不想一直在這邊等。綠卡下來前，她回國有什麽風險麽？

-Has she filed I-485 yet? If yes, She had better get the Advanced Parole (AP) which allows her to stay in China for less than one year. If she has no AP, she can apply for H4 visa to come back before your I-485 is approved.
