Thanks for your comforting words, andwx and others.
She actually had her laid-off (or fire) letter stating that her employment was terminated on 8/31/04. Since now it's almost two months (and her last pay stub was 9/31), I wonder whether putting this laid-off letter would be deleteroius???---or just we have to provide it.

Since we are about to submit to INS today, I'll really appreciate WXC people to clarify.
