我在美國工作(H1B)，LG所屬的國家EB2不需要排期，不過現在工作不在美國。

我們準備申請NIW，我作為主申請人。請問這種情況下，我們可以同時遞交485嗎並使用他的排期嗎？他的身份以及工作地點對於我們辦理綠卡會有什麽影響？
