made a stupid mistake, 請教pjiang和8老師

收到小孩的485和131的rejection notice。原因有兩條，

1，check amount is incorrect, or has not been provided.

2, the date on the check you submitted is not current.

我小孩才8歲，根據網上查的，寫的$635的支票.

The stupid mistake is I write the date as 08/XX/2010.

請問PJ或8老師，

我resubmit小孩的485和131時，申請費應該是多少？網上說和父母一起遞是635，現在小孩重新遞的還算不算單獨遞。如果算單獨遞是不是有些表格要重填？
