回複：求教8老師， H1B 轉L1.

我現在是H1B ，現在準備申請L1， 律師說， 明年1月前可以拿到. 現在有以下問題：

1. 我們準備1月份回上海過年， 如果1月份拿不到L1 的批準， 是不是可以仍舊以 H1B 申請新簽證。 

-Yes if the H1 sponsor still hire you.

   最好是拿到， 那麽我們可以直接申請L1 簽證了。 

 2. 如果可以申請H1B 簽證， 等回美後拿到L1. 是不是需要仍舊回上海重新改簽證類別，還是仍舊可以呆在美國， 直到下次回到中國。

-Two kind of situations:

1. If you enter US using H1 visa first, then the L1 petition is approved later, you can continue to work and nothing needed to do;

2. If your L1 is approved before you return to US and you use the H1 visa to enter US, then you need to change your H1 status to L1 again as you do now or go outside US to get the L1 visa to reenter US.
