和配偶結婚八年，由於工作關係，配偶一直沒有辦綠卡，其間配偶多次以B-2身份來美。我現已經加入美國公民，最近想給配偶申請綠卡，


 


請問我們應該申請I-130嗎？


-Yes. If yoru wife is in US now, she just files her I-485 with your I-130. Otherwise, she needs to apply for the immigration visa in China using Consular processing  (you needs to select this in the Form I-130).
