可否告訴我具體哪一條條款造成我先生不合格？我實不明白我先生什麽地方不合適？
我查了一下Instruction Form for I-130,沒有發現這樣的條款。在Who May Not File Form I-130？中與配偶有關的4條，但都不適合於我們，這4條是：
第4條：A hu*****and or wife if you and your spouse were not both physically present at the marriage ceremony, and the marriage was not cunsummated.
我們早在十幾年前就完成了整個婚禮，而且都有照片和孩子了。
第5條：A hu*****and or wife, if you gained lawful permanent resident sataus by virtue of a prior marriage to a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent, unless...
我不是通過與別人結婚得到的綠卡。
第6條：A hu*****and or wife, if you married your ha*****and or wife while your hu*****and or wife was the subject of an exclusion......
我們都沒有陷入任何移民麻煩之中
第7條：A hu*****and or wife, if it has been legally determined that such as alien has attempted or conspired to enter into a marriage for the purpose of evading the immigration laws
這個更不適合我們了，我們在十幾年前結婚的時候，我與綠卡根本沒有任何聯係，更別談為規避移民法來結婚了。
