一個朋友的兒子要在國內大使館麵談，要填I765的1-16項，G325C 和V92.我上網一查，765是申請工作許可的表格。人還沒到美國，怎的就要申請工卡呢？

-V92 is for application for the follow-to-join asylum, and I-765 for EAD so that he can work after he enters US immediately. G-325C is for bacground check. Anyway, just provide what they require. Normally, US immigrtation policy takes care of asylee/refugee more than the other types of immigrants.
