確切說是我們公司占多數股份，公司名稱還是我們原來的，我們部門沒有任何變化。Employer還是原來的名稱，這種情況還要做Amendment嗎

-Then I-140 amendment is not needed.

公司律師隻是簡單說“as long as  you are still doing the same work, it should be fine.

-Then, just follow the lawyer suggestion and I also agree with him/her.
