how can I know if my Name Check is cleared

It has been 6 months, but my case is still in Initial Review. I had Infopass, but got 0 information. I tried POJ method, but got 0 information again. As I got to know the Name Check has to be completed within 6 month, how can I check if my Name Check is cleared or not. Thank you very much!
