(母)已有綠卡，公民如何為繼(父)

母單獨申請綠卡？謝謝！

 -Only if your step-parent and your parent marriage occurred before you turned 18 years old, then can you be qualified to sponsor your step-parent's green card application. Same procedure and documents as you did for your biological parent's GC application.

If you are not qualified to do that, your biological parent can sponsor your steep parent's GC application.
