我媽媽今年五月份來的， 那如果表格上隻填我朋友的地址呢， 也就是說假設她一來就是住的那兒， 那表上是不是不用填寫我現在的住址。

-Correct. Hope her actual living address (your address is in the same district/city) as that of your friend so that USCIS will not be confused in the background check.
