請問現在EB2在加州的最低工資標準是多少？employment verfication letter上可以隻寫時薪嗎？還是時薪和年薪都必須寫上？

-Had better use "年薪" only because "時薪" may make USCIS thought your job is a temporary job, not full time position without definite term. The salary level should not affect your I-485 approval because you have changed your job after your I-485 pending > 180 days. So, don't worry this issue.
