請問老師，前兩天收到了pending已久的485的RFE,需要現在的公司一份employment verification letter。
可是跟公司HR談過，公司怎麽也不肯寫跟“permanent"有關的字眼，還加上了“the employment is at will, either the employee or the company can terminate the relationship at any time."...
請問8老師，有沒有什麽其它的wording我可以用的，不寫permanment的話：隻寫full-time的話可以麽，比如說“the employment with company XXX is on a full-time basis, and it is at will, either the employee or the company can terminate the relationship at any time." 這樣還可以麽？
-Just say something like that "Although this position is at will, it is a full-time position with indefinite term and Mr. XXX (you) has the expectation to be employed continually". Also indicate what date you started to work for this employer, your current job title, responsibilities, salary in the EVL.
Note: "at will" = "either the employee or the company can terminate the relationship at any time". So, do not need to repeat this meaning in the EVL.
