我現在是cap exampt h1b,i94 valid from april 2011 to april 2014.

找了公司的工作，公司已file H-1B Change of Employer under premium processing，估計8／13前可批下來。您說的

You may only work when following 2 conditions are met: 1) H-1b was approved with I-94; AND 2) the validity period including 8/14/11 - 10/01/2011

是指我現在的h1b還是新批後的h1b？如是目前的h1b，我是否已符合條件？
