EB-5拿到條件綠卡後，是否要來美做移民監才能轉成永久綠卡?

-You can not stay outside US for more than one year continuously without having an Reentry permit. You need to be physically present in US to file I-751 applicaiton for removal of conditions when you are qualified to do that.
