Just follow the instruction and prepare everything requested. The only things you need to spend your time are a letter explaining your language ability if you have not take offical test and you don't want to take in future, and letters of working experience. If you hire a lawyer, he will provide sample letters to you and ask for thousands dollars.

You can prepare them by youself. If you need samples, I can provide with a minimun charge.
