I thought the notice would reveal the purpose of the job ad is for a green card application. I did assume that this purpose should be kept secret :-)

-No! The PERM position is for recruiting US citizen first, and if the employer can not find a qualified US citizen, then you may be selected. The internal postinghas the same purpose as the Ad in the newspaper or journal does.
