Finnally I make USCIS envelope a little bit destoryed. ( The red bar is not complete at the left edge, the top bar first 30% destroyed)

I have the copies of the USCIS envelope, now should I use the copied version or the little bit destroyed original one.

What is one earth to paste USCIS envelope? I saw indians said USCIS just want the red bar, thus they can process it quickly. Once they opened the envelope, they can have the bar code on the REF letter.

Can you please teach me what to do now?
