USCIC envelope has 3 parts:

1 adress

2 red rectangular area on the left.

3 small area of vertical lines on the top.

4: big area of vertical lines ( bar code) on the bottom.

Which part is you mean USCIS label? Or I just cut the whole front of USCIS envelope.
