父母的所有表格都我填的。

1）I--485 Part5 -Applicant's Statement  是選第一 （i can read n understand English)

還是第二(Interpreter'sStatement and signiture)?

-Do your parents really understand English for the questions in the I-485? If no, choose "Each and every question and instruction on this form.... to me in the Chinese language, a language in which I am fluent....

Then, signed your name in the "Interpreter'sStatement and signiture" part. Of couse, you rparents need to sign their names, respectively, in their personal I-485 in the Signature (Applicant) part. 

2）最後一欄： Signature of person preparing Form, if Other Than Above 我都應該填我的名字和地址，簽名嗎？

-Correct.

其他表格的最後一欄也要注明是我幫他們填的表麽？
