謝謝各位的答複。 對於第二個朋友的建議， 我有些不明白的地方：
My J1 visa will expire at 12/31/03 and new H1B visa should start at 01/01/04. The department of Human Resource of our uniersity already applied H1B for me and it already issued by USCIS. Could you please tell me what is a visa stamp and do you still think I need this in this case? Thanks millions!!
