If our 485 is considered as abandoned, is LG's approvaed I-140 still good to use when we re-file the new 485?

-Yes.

Do we have to go through all the process from beginning, labor certificate?

-No. Th eapproved I-140 is still valid and you just need to re-file a new I-485 and provide the I-485 support documents as you did before.
