you can get other 3 year H1b extension if your I-140 is still va

My current company filed PERM appliaction for me that was denied and the case is still in appeal. So my cureent company used I-140 I have from my privious company for 3 year H1 extension beyond 6 year period, and I just received the new H1b approval. Similar as my case, you should have no problem to get other 3 year H1b extension if your I-140 from other company is still valid or if it's not cancelled yet.
