回複：請大俠給點建議（我的eb1a case）

本人現在eb1a 140 pending，NSC,律師開始時不建議pp，但現在認為case其實不弱，已經4個月了，還沒消息。

還有2個多月（按常規新h1-b approval）或1個月（h1-b portability ）就要去公司工作了，

-"去公司工作" does not affect your EB1A as long as the new job is in the same/similar area as the old job.

大俠們覺得我有啥要注意的？

有沒有必要pp下，

-Discuss it with your lawyer because he/she is familar with your case.

如果順利，爭取遞了485之後再走？
