回複：拿到綠卡，馬上離婚搬家，會不會有什麽問題？

終於綠了。終於。。。當拿到卡的一刹那，除了麻木還是麻木。過了好久才有一絲絲笑容。

準備離婚，搬家。朋友勸說再等等就拿公民了。可是，我已經把自己那麽多年的時間投入在這段RELATIONSHIP裏麵，希望能WORK OUT,結果回報我的卻是GETTING WORSE...看不到以後，決定放棄。早死早超生。

想請教各位大師，如果拿到綠卡後馬上搬家和離婚的話有沒有什麽問題？

-What kind of 綠卡, conditional (two years validity) or permanent (10 year validity and renewable unlimitedly)? If it is permanent, no problem for you to divorce now. If it is conditional, you may be still OK to divorce, but may need to do more work later to remove the conditions.
