我的情況是這樣的： 勞工是主申請人，EB2, 我們2007年7月遞交的485，我renew EAD 時，categoy 填寫的是C9, 應該沒錯吧？

現在我是不是要交勞工的I-140, I-485的複印件，再加上結婚公證複印件就可以了？

 我的結婚公證書是2001年在國內辦的，還有效嗎？
