急！！863211 & Pijiang,請幫忙！ Urgent 485 RFE, 看不明白

My I-140 based on EB1-2 was approved in TSC on May. My hu*****and filed our I-485 based on his EB3 case in Nebraska center on July, 2007. We requested the interfilling to Nebraska center. We did not hear anything from them. No any response before today. Now my hu*****and got the RFE.

1. They need to verify the employment status. ？

2. "Please provide a signed request to change your preference"?????? 不太明白，要的是什麽？？？
