網上看到需要付費，AOS Fee 和 IV Fee,我隻交過420塊錢，之後就沒有收到任何信件說需要付費，是不是信件遺漏了？

-NVC will send you a notice for what fee you should pay. You had better not pay any fee until NVC ask for it in case it messes up.
