I-130 instruction上講要30天內拍的護照型照片,但沒有說可以不可以染頭.父母的頭發早就花白,可是想綠卡上麵看的精神些,

-No one will see your parents's green card except that you parents use it (this is rare event)

想染成黑發後再拍照片,這樣可以嗎?
