First take CGFNS (Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools)test including TOEFL in China. After you pass that test, you may contact any agency or hospital directly (check here to find out eligibility of hospitals, http://www.rapidimmigration.com/usa/1_eng_info_h1cnurse.html). If every goes smoothly, you can come to US with H1c visa. But you have to pass NCLEX-RN test in a certain time after you arrive US. After you pass the NCLEX-RN test and are satisfied by your employer during the trial-peroid, you can apply green card as a registered nurse, that only takes couple of months to 1 year.
