Thanks 8老師! so should I file these two H1B at the same time?

My current h1B will be expired soon. And I belive the industry h1B quota will be out soon also. So should I file both my current h1B extension and the new industry h1B application at the same time now? Or should  I wait till my extension application approved then submit the new h1B? (I am worrying about the "overlap" and "overwrite" issues which you responded me before)
